About the Pipeline Test:
Our experience and the use of radiographic pigging technology make us your ideal partner when it comes to the non-destructive testing of welded joints in pipeline construction. Equipped with Gammamat Pipleline Crawlers in sizes M6 for pipe dimensions from DN150 to DN500 and M10 for pipe sizes up to DN1500, continuous weld seams on circumferential welded pipes can be penetrated over a length of 2 kilometres. The advantage here is that only one exposure needs to be made for each weld. The exposure time is also greatly reduced by the arrangement of the central exposure.

Our procedures for automated ultrasonic testing also complement our pipeline testing portfolio. Our procedures are adapted to common regulations such as DVGW GW 350 or DNV GL. For customer specifications, the procedures are adapted and validated.
